Talks between the Eagles and former Giants coach Tom Coughlin about its open head coaching position have intensified, league sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter. Schefter reports "the two sides have intensified conversations" since Ben McAdoo was hired by Coughlin's former team, the Giants on Wednesday night.

"I can see Tom Coughlin being very motivated," said NFL Network analyst Brain Billick today on Mike and Mike.  "He has this burning passion to continue to coach it sounds like, and what better place to go - its kind of like competing against your bother."

So how much longer does Coughlin want to coach?

A source tells ESPN.com's Dan Graziano, that Coughlin feels that he has two to three years left as a coach and wants to win right away.

Do the Eagles offer the chance to win right away?

If he takes the job that might be your answer.
