Could the Tim Tebow era be starting in Philadelphia?

According to NBC Washington's Dianna Marie Russini the Eagles are trying to move quarterback Matt Barkley.  ESPN's Chris Mortensen has reported the Eagles are trying to tland a late round draft pick in exchange Barkley.

Philadelphia’s fourth-round selection in 2013, has appeared in just four games, throwing 178 regular-season and preseason passes, with no touchdowns and four interceptions in his NFL career.

Barkley has been the Eagles' No. 3 quarterback since being the 98th pick in the 2013 draft, but the Eagles would most likely replace him with Tim Tebow according to Russini there's an "80 percent chance" the Eagles will sign Tebow if they can move Barkley.
