The NFL trade deadline is set for 4 p.m. ET Tuesday, and while the NFL generally sees fewer trades than other leagues, one team that could be active is the Philadelphia Eagles, according to Jay Glazer of FOX.

Speaking on the FOX post-game show Glazer said:

Two names that have been connected to the Eagles since starting left tackle Jason Peters went down with season ending MCL and ACL injuries are Joe Staley of the 49ers and Duane Brown of the Houston Texans.

Staley, 33, has two years left on his contract at an affordable $4.8 million per year. However, NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Staley may have suffered a broken orbital bone in the loss to the Eagles.

Then there is Brown, who missed the first seven weeks of the NFL season due to a lengthy holdout with the Texans.

If anyone is willing to pull the trigger on a trade its Howie Roseman, but the Eagles are light on draft picks and have cap space issues moving forward.
