Sixers rookie Jahlil Okafor was reportedly stopped by police in early November for driving 108 MPH over the Ben Franklin Bridge, The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

This is the third reported altercation involving the Sixers rookie this week.  He's been involved with two nightclub altercations recently and according to reports had a gun pointed at his head at on Oct. 4.

The team disciplined him internally for his off-court altercation.

Okafor has admitted wrongdoing in the altercation, saying, "It was definitely dumb on my part. It's something that I am embarrassed about."
