According to FOX Sports' baseball insider Ken Rosenthal Phillies outfielder Marlon Byrd is drawing trade interest. The 37-year-old outfielder batted .264 with 25 home runs this season and is owed $8 million in 2015, but by making 463 plate appearances, he also can vest his $8 million option for 2016.

It doesn't come as much as a surprise he had a solid campaign in 2014 and contending teams are always looking for right-handed power and Byrd comes at a relatively cheap price.

But don't get to excited, the Phillies probably can't get much more then a B-level prospect in return for Byrd who is 37 years old.
