According to multiple reports, Michael Vick will start Sunday's game against the New York Giants.

Vick missed the past two games and part of the Philadelphia Eagles' first match-up with New York, with a hamstring injury. He is expected to announce today that he is ready to play in week eight against the Giants.

In four full games this season, Vick averaged 270.0 passing yards, 57.0 rushing yards and accounted for seven total touchdowns.

Just in case, the Eagles signed quarterback G.J. Kinne to their practice squad.  Kinne had been with the team in training camp and with Nick Foles is going through concussion protocol they might need Kinne to be the emergency quarterback on Sunday.

According to multiple reports, Michael Vick will start Sunday’s game against the New York Giants.

"I'm optimistic," Vick said afterward. "I've got a good chance. I can play if I'm 80 (percent)."
