Shady McCoy on Mike and Mike: ‘NFL is a Business, DJAX Plays for Redskins, I Play for Eagles’

Many current Philadelphia Eagles are in town this week for the first set of OTAs.

LeSean McCoy is included in that list.

The man they cal 'Shady' called into 'Mike and Mike' Friday morning on 97.3 ESPN FM to talk about the teams addition of Darren Sproles along with the unexpected release of DeSean Jackson.

McCoy isn't too worried about his touches decreasing, he's actually welcoming the idea.

"I mean 356 touches is a lot, I'll be fresh for the fourth quarter," McCoy said about the addition of Sproles.

McCoy was also asked about the offense and how it will handle the absence of Jackson who signed with the Redskins just days after his Eagles release.

"Bringing a guy in like Sproles, take a guy like Maclin coming off the injury, we have weapons." McCoy said.
