The Sixers are sending former first-round pick Nerlens Noel to the Dallas Mavericks in exchange for Justin Anderson, Andrew Bogut and a conditional first-round draft pick, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of The Vertical.

“We want to wish Nerlens the best of luck in Dallas and thank him for his contributions over the last few years," Sixers President of Basketball Operations Bryan Colangelo said. "Justin Anderson is a talented, strong and defensive minded wing who will fit nicely in Brett’s system. I’m certain Justin’s toughness and edge will add a tremendous amount to our team.”

According to sources, the Dallas' pick is protected 1-to-18 in the June draft. The Sixers, sources told ESPN, are now working on a "landing spot" for Bogut in another trade.

If Sixers do not receive the 2017 top-18 protected pick from the Mavs, it converts to two second-round picks in 2017 and 2018, according to ESPN's Zach Lowe
