On Tuesday Afternoon the Sixers changed up their roster by trading one of their Forwards, but not who you might have expected

During his time in Philadelphia, Grant averaged 8.2 Points Per Game, 3.9 Rebounds, and 1.4 Blocks in 24.2 Minutes Per Game.  He was 2nd Round Pick in the 2014 NBA Draft.  In exchange the Sixers receive another Forward

Ilyasova was a 2nd Round Pick by the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2005 NBA Draft.  This is the fourth time the 6'10" Forward has been traded since June 2015; he has averaged 10.6 Points Per Game in his career and shooting 36.9 Percent from 3-Point Range.  The future draft pick is a protected 1st round pick they will receive from OKC

So the 76ers get a future draft pick along with a Veteran Stretch Forward to play along side Joel Embiid in exchange for Jerami Grant.
