According to FOX Sports' MLB insider Jon Morosi the Rangers and Phillies are having "ongoing dialogue" about a Cole Hamels trade and that the left-hander is willing to waive his no-trade clause to pitch for the Rangers.

Earlier this week, reports were that the Astros were interested in Hamels but the lefty was unwilling to waive his no-trade clause. Hamels, who can block trades to 20 teams each season, is making $23.5 million this season and is guaranteed $73.5 million from 2016-2018.
