The Philadelphia Sixers lose on the road, yet again, to one of the worst teams in the NBA. The Cleveland Cavaliers win by a score of 108-94. They are now 9-21 away from the Wells Fargo Center.

Joel Embiid left the game in the first quarter due to a left shoulder sprain and he did not return. He was tangled up with Ante Zizic while fighting for position in the paint and instantly Embiid reached for his shoulder.

There was obviously discomfort when he went to the free throw line and missed both shots. This is when he exited the game for good.

Tobias Harris, Al Horford, and Josh Richardson needed to step up in the absence of Ben Simmons and Embiid. That definitely did not happen.

Harris shot 4-13 from the field and finished with 11 points. Horford was -15 and Richardson scored nine points.

Not only were they outworked by players like Collin Sexton, Kevin Love, Matthew Dellavedova, and Darius Garland, but they were worse than the bench players on their own team!

Shake Milton was awesome scoring 20 points and Kyle O'Quinn provided a ton of energy blocking shots. Furkan Korkmaz and Alec Burks competed as well.

How is it possible for the players who signed max contracts in the off-season to come up this small without the All-Stars in the lineup? An unacceptable loss. It's that simple.
