Injury Report

Joe DeRosa our injury expert called in to give us his diagnosis for Todd Herremans, who is out for the season with a right leg injury. Also, we get an update on Sixers C Kwame Brown who has an injured calf and is out again tonight in Boston.

6-Pack of Picks

Todd Ranck (14-12-1): Broncos -4, Seahawks -5 1/2, Rams +11 1/2

Mike Gill (15-10-2): Titans +6, Jets + 5 1/2, Vikings +2 1/2

Todd Has Made the Switch

We believe Todd Ranck has switched over to the dark side. Ranck has no confidence in the Eagles moving forward citing their inability to score any points against the Saints on Monday night, one of the worst defenses in the history of the NFL. Mike Gill still remains optimistic that they can turn this season around by winning the rest of their five division games.

Pete's Picks

Pete’s Picks returns for another season on The Sportsbash. This year Mike and Todd go head-to-head in a match up of Sunday NFL games.

1. Bills +11 @ Patriots

2. Giants -4 @ Bengals

3. Chargers +3 @ Bucs

4. Raiders +9 @ Ravens

5. Texans +1 @ Bears

Todd Ranck (22-17-1): Pats, Bengals, Bucs, Raiders, Bears

Mike Gill (21-18-1): Pats, Giants, Bucs, Raiders, Bears

Nate Newton

Former Cowboys OL Nate Newton joined us for The Outside View today. He's now a radio host for 103.3 ESPN in Dallas. Newton says that the Cowboys do not play good situational football, whether it's in the redzone or two minute drill. On Romo: he's never been a natural leader and he's not an elite QB. He has to be surrounded by good talent to succeed.

Jayson Stark

A little Phillies free agency here with Jayson Stark, ESPN.com. The GM meetings out in California just wound down and Stark says he expects for things to change next week. The Phillies have a lot of positions to fill and CF is just one of them. The Phillies don;t have a single OF spot set, at 3B or 8th inning either. B.J. Upton has been mentioned, as he is a free agent. The Phillies would like to have Dominic Brown play one of the corner positions, otherwise they'll trade him. Follow Jayson Stark on Twitter.

Seth Joyner

A former member of the Gang Green defense called in to give his thoughts on the struggles of the Eagles. Seth Joyner was a staple on the early 90's teams under Buddy Ryan and also those great Kelly green uniforms. Joyner was embarrassed for both the players on the field and the fans of the Philadelphia Eagles. When he watches the defense right now, Joyner says they are fundamentally flawed and dont have the correct technique right now.
