Keith Pompey

Covering the Sixers for the Philadelphia Inquirer called in to talk about the Sixers and what exactly did that tweet mean by Nerlens Noel? Noel tweeted over the weekend a cryptic '4/4/14.' Pompey did some digging and confirmed that Noel wants to make his debut at Boston on that night, but calls it 'highly unlikely.' Pompey gives it a five percent chance of it happening simply because Noel is not in game shape and that's that. Mike and Todd would still want him out there just to see what he has, even if it is for just 10-12 minutes per game. Follow Pompey on Twitter.

Byrd to Birds?

Mike Gill talks about free agency in the NFL that begins Tuesday at 4 p.m. According to reports, the Eagles are interested in Panthers safety Mike Mitchell. He's a guy with 66 tackles last season on one of the leagues top defenses on a 1-year deal. Gill would rather see the Eagles break the bank and bring in top free agent Jairus Byrd. He wants the Eagles to step out of character and sign Byrd who could take you from division champion to Super Bowl champion. Byrd is looking for upwards of $8 million and it would certainly break the Eagles bank in signing him. You signing Byrd?

John McMullen

With NFL free agency getting started tomorrow at 4 p.m. we go over the best possible scenarios for the Philadelphia Eagles and which players to target. Jairus Byrd and T.J. Ward remain atop the list, Mike Mitchell as well. Follow McMullen on Twitter.
