St. Joe’s Wins Another, Holy Spirit Falls in State Title Quest

It was a wild weekend for football, and we're not even talking about the Eagles snow-filled run over the Lions.

DePaul Catholic used 427 yards of offense to defeat Holy Spirit 35-16 to capture the Non-Public Group II State crown at Rutgers University on Sunday.

Meanwhile, congratulations are in order for the St. Joseph Wildcats who won their fifth straight state championship with a 33-13 win over St. Mary at The College of New Jersey.
