According to Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports, the Orioles have officially acquired Jim Thome from the Phillies.

Jim Thome is heading to the Baltimore Orioles in exchange for for two single-A players catcher Gabriel Lino and Right handed pitcher Kyle Simon.
