Andrew Bynum: “My right knee is fine.”

Andrew Bynum said that his left knee is "feeling much better" on Sunday before the Sixers took on his former team, the Lakers at the Wells Fargo Center.  Bynum is scheduled to have an MRI on December 20 and we'll know a lot more once those results are released
