From Doghouse to Penthouse: Flyers and Scott Hartnell Agree on 6-Year Deal

The Philadelphia Flyers and F Scott Hartnell agreed to a 6-year contract extension Monday afternoon.

The deal is 6-years, $28.5M paying him $4.75 annually beginning in the 2013-14 season.

"I'm gonna play my heart out for all six years," Hartnell said in a conference call with reporters
