Former Eagles quarterback and current ESPN analyst Ron Jaworski called into "The Sportsbash" today to talk with Mike Gill about the start of NFL free agency.

Jaws is also President of the prestigious Maxwell Club that holds their gala and award ceremony in Atlantic City annually.

This year the ceremonies will take place at the Revel Casino this Thursday and Friday and will honor special award winners including: Peyton Manning, Mike Ditka, Chip Kelly and AJ McCarron.

"Dont worry either, his girlfriend will be there as well," Jaws said.

Jaworski is of course referring to Katherine Webb, the girlfriend of McCarron who has even Brent Musburger blushing.

Jaws was on at a perfect time, too.

Five minutes prior to Jaws calling in, the Eagles announced that they had signed former Saints S Malcolm Jenkins to a three year deal.

"I did not like the signing at all," Jaws told Mike Gill.

Rather, Jaws would have rather seen the general manager Howie Roseman target Mike Mitchell of the Panthers or Jairus Byrd of the Bills.

Jaws also talks about the possibilities of Darrelle Revis becoming a free agent and recently released DeMarcus Ware joining the Eagles.
