If the Eagles want to do anything this season, a win against a struggling Redskins team is crucial.

The Eagles have already dropped two conference games, with one being to division rival Dallas. A third loss in the conference and a second one inside the division would create an uphill climb in trying to win a weak NFC East division.

The Redskins have a QB issue, as well as injury problems. RG III has been inactive this season and DeSean Jackson and DeAngelo Hall are both dealing with injuries.

John Keim, NFL Nation covering the Redskins, called into The Sports Bash today and previewed the game.

"This team wants to be run-heavy and play good defense. They've just committed turnovers and penalties which has cost them some games," Keim said.

That is much different than what we've sen in years past as the Redskins have lacked an identity and the establishment of a run oriented offense as well as a good defensive team is welcomed.

Keim also updates us on the injury to DeSean Jackson who has not practiced this week and is listed as questionable on the injury report, Jackson has a hamstring injury and he is the type of receiver that needs his legs at full go to have an impact.
