At 4-2 on the season, the Eagles have surprised many having a winning record and be in contention for the NFC East with a rookie starting at Quarterback in Carson Wentz.  After 6 games Wentz has compiled 8 Touchdowns, 3 Interceptions, Quarterback Rating of 92.7 and a Completion Percentage of 63.8%.

13-year NFL Wide Receiver Amani Toomer of NBC Sports Radio joined Mike Gill on Wednesday and explained why he is finally ready to jump on the "Wentz Bandwagon":

“I’m really impressed with the way Carson Wentz has been playing. I’m one of the last people on the Carson Wentz bandwagon because i never want to give quarterbacks too much credit because I think they get too much credit as is. So when I saw him a couple times; watching film on him, some of the throws he is making, the small windows and anticipation he has. It is uncanny for a quarterback that young to be doing those types of things.”
