Millville high school Mike Trout homered in the eighth inning Tuesday to complete his first cycle in the Angels' 12-0 massacre of the Mariners.  He became the youngest player in American League history to hit for the cycle, passing Alex Rodriguez, who did it in 1997

"It was one of those nights," Trout told the associated press. "I didn't really think about it until about the eighth inning. And when I got on deck, I started feeling it a little bit. To be honest, I thought Josh was going to hit for the cycle after his those first two at-bats. I wasn't thinking about myself."

Trout became the youngest player to hit for the cycle since Mel Ott in 1929 and has his average up to .293.  He's currently on pace to finish the season with 32 homers, 112 runs scored, 122 RBI and 32 steals.
