Dennis White, Basketball, Atlantic City - The high-flyer they call "Phat Cat" continues to emerge as a premier playmaker during the Vikings latest postseason run. White, a junior, led all scorers with 16 points in a dominant victory over Holy Spirit in the Cape-Atlantic League semifinals. He dunked three times in the first half and picked up three steals in the win.

 

Summer Crilley, Basketball, Holy Spirit - She helped Holy Spirit overcome United Conference champion Cedar Creek in the CAL semifinals. The junior tallied a game-high 22 points on 9-of-19 shooting. Crilley filled out the stat sheet with six rebounds, four assists, four steals and two blocks.

 

Mandy Buirch, Basketball, Sacred Heart - The senior scored 17 points while playing all 32 minutes of Sacred Heart's CAL semifinal victory over top-seeded Ocean City. Buirch added five rebounds and hit a pair of three-pointers as Sacred Heart seeks a league title repeat.

 

Darrell Shelton, Basketball, Middle Township - Shelton starred late in a thrilling double-overtime victory over rival St. Augustine. The senior guard scored 18 points and sent the CAL semifinal into a second overtime when he made a contested layup in the final moments of overtime No. 1. Shelton then converted 6-of-6 free throws to seal the Panthers classic win.

 

Ryan Rowland, Ice Hockey, Southern Regional - He scored game-tying and game-winning goals in the Rams 4-3 victory over Point Pleasant Borough on Sunday in Dowd Cup Tournament action.
