The NCAA tournament is in the books, and the NBA regular season is coming to an end -which means we are in full NBA draft mode now.

Many of the top potential players in this years draft were on display during march Madness including last nights NCAA Championship game where we say the possible No. 1 overall pick - Jahlil Okafor of Duke.

Also in that game were senior Frank Kaminsky and Sam Dekker of Wisconsin and Duke freshman Justise Winslow.

So what if the Sixers ended up with the top overall pick in the draft would they elect to pair one of the drafts big men up with their twin towers, Nerlens Noel and Joel Embiid?

I discussed that with Sixers beat writer Tom Moore today on the Sports Bash.

"One I think they would," Moore said about drafting one of the big men, Okafor or Kentucky big man Karl Anthony Towns, with the top overall pick. "Two would be very interesting, perhaps if it were Towns at two, I could see that happening.  But with Sam Hinkie he would consider any and all offers."

If the Sixers don't go with a big man in the top two, a couple of options would be point guards Emmanuel Mudiay of Guangdong of the China Basketball Association or D'Angelo Russell of Ohio State.
