The Sixers have a logjam at the Center position with Jahlil Okafor, Joel Embiid, and Nerlens Noel.  Head Coach Brett Brown has admitted on numerous occasions that the Sixers are "not positionally balanced".  The 76ers have been taking calls for Jahlil Okafor and Nerlens Noel for almost two months now.  Reports have come out over the last 24 hours that the Toronto Raptors are pursuing Nerlens Noel in a deal that would involve wing-man Terrence Ross.   But 973espn.com Sixers Insider Michael Kaskey-Blomain says that the Sixers are shopping Noel and Okafor to acquire a veteran Point Guard:

Sean Deveney of The Sporting News was asked on The Sports Bash Thursday who is the more valuable trade asset, Jahlil Okafor or Nerlens Noel:

“You would automatically think of Okafor because of his numbers. Defensively there are still a lot of questions about him obviously and if he can develop into the kind of defensive player that you feel comfortable with. There are teams that have them evenly valued. I think on the whole that Okafor would still be the one who would bring back more in return. You probably will need something more than that to acquire a top flight point guard.”
