Pitcher Zach Eflin will return to the starting rotation and start for the Philadelphia Phillies on Monday against the Dodgers, manager Gabe Kapler announced Sunday. He will be followed in the rotation by Aaron Nola on Tuesday and Jake Arrieta on Wednesday.

The starting pitcher has been on the 10-day disabled list with a blister on his right middle finger.

Though a small sample size, Eflin has been one of the most consistent pitchers on the team outside All-Star Aaron Nola.  So far in 12 starts this season, he is 7-2 with a 3.15 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 67/14 K/BB ratio.

He will replace Enyel De Los Santos, who was sent back to Lehigh Valley after making two starts, in the starting rotation.
