PHILADELPHIA (973espn.com) - Chris Rock says there is supposed to be no sex in the Champagne Room but the allegations of sexual assault against Eagles' second-year receiver Nelson Agholor reportedly stem from the wideout's failure to pay a 27-year-old exotic dancer the agreed upon fee at Cheerleaders Gentlemen's Club in South Philadelphia.

New Jersey Advance Media is reporting that Agholor and the dancer agreed to go to a private room for an hour on Thursday afternoon, but something happened and the accuser left shortly after entering the room. According to the source explaining the situation, Agholor agreed to pay the woman $1,400 for their time together but docked her $600 for leaving early.

A separate NFL source tells 973espn.com that a sexual act was allegedly performed on Agholor and the dispute arose over the payment, resulting in a scorned-stripper scenario.

The dancer allegedly left the bar after the incident, never accusing Agholor of rape until later. Meanwhile, the NJ Advance Media source claims multiple others dancers on duty at the time told management that Agholor did nothing wrong, presumably outside of soliciting prostitution.
