This is a real interesting question right now, but right at this moment the Phillies are probably less likely to deal him then you might think.

With the return of Chase Utley and other injured players like Ryan Howard and Roy Halladay getting closer by the day, the Phillies want to see where they are when those guys return before making any decisions on Hamels.

However the Phillies are a team that has sold a ton of tickets to Citizens Bank Park and entered this season like most in the recent past with high expectations.  Coupled with the fact that they are in a winnable division and are with-in reach of both Wild Card spots.

While the Nationals have shown that they are for real, the Phillies don't really fear them yet and because of that, the Phillies will wait on dealing Hamels and their other potential free agent Shane Victorino.
