Ben Revere is scheduled to undergo surgery for his fractured right foot on tomorrow morning.

The Phillies placed their centerfielder on the 15-day disabled list with a fractured right foot, he is expected to be sidelined six-to-eight weeks. Revere fouled a ball off his foot during an at-bat in the 11th inning, and after the game X-rays showed the fracture.

Revere leads the Phillies with a .305 average and 22 stolen bases.

It's an unfortunate blow for the Phillies, Revere had really turned things around after a slow start. John Mayberry will handle center field for the time being.
