PHILADELPHIA (973espn.com) — The current CBA has made signing draft picks a much less arduous task and the Eagles have almost their entire 2016 class locked up one week before the opening of rookie minicamp after signing third-round offensive guard Isaac Seumalo and fifth-round offensive tackle Halapoulivaati "Big V" Vaitai to four-year deals.

The only player unsigned is second-overall pick Carson Wentz, who is expected to receive a four-year deal with a team option for a fifth that would be worth almost $27 million with about $17.5M of that guaranteed.

Earlier this week Philadelphia agreed on four-year contracts with all of their third-day selections, running back Wendell Smallwood, defensive backs Blake Countess and  Jalen Mills, defensive end Alex McCalister, and linebacker Joe Walker.
