-Incorporate more healthy fats into your diet, such as avocado, olive oil, nuts, and flaxseed!
-Try to limit saturated and trans fats, found in red meat, full fat dairy, baked goods, and other processed foods.
-Up your fiber intake by choosing whole grain products more often.
-Watch the sodium content in condiments, canned goods, and frozen items!
-Eat fish two times per week.
-Choose low-fat or fat free dairy, such as skim or 1% milk.
