
Wind-Whipped Fire Destroys Pleasantville Bayfront Home
Pleasantville firefighters fought a raging blaze at a home on the bay early Tuesday morning.
In a Facebook post, Pleasantville Fire Department talked about a fire P'ville's Battalion 3 firefighters were called to just after midnight on Tuesday at 325 East Bayview Avenue, at a single-story ranch-style home.
Strong Winds Hamper Fighting P'Ville Fire
The strong winds we had been experiencing during the weekend's coastal storm ratcheted up the difficulty of fighting this fire.

The firefighters were successful in keeping the blaze contained, but the house was a complete loss. No one was injured in the fire.

That's what happened early Tuesday morning in Pleasantville.
Crews from the Linwood Fire Department, the Northfield Fire Department, and the Absecon Fire Department gave mutual aid, along with South Jersey Transportation's fire and rescue team.
