Ocean City may have been hit harder than anywhere else in Southern New Jersey.

In the first photo (above), you can see the massive amount of erosion suffered in Ocean City during Hurricane Erin.

Ocean City has been hit hard over the years with large and dangerous cliffs being carved out by Mother Nature.

We included the photo directly above because The Hawk and Sallie (pictured right) are both cool.

Funds for Beach Replenishment & Erosion Damage

Federal funding for beach replenishment is scarce these days.

However, something must be done.
