Mainland High Sports Celebrates 50 Years

Mainland Regional has seen its share of sports feats, agonies and victories during the past half-century, but possibly unparalleled in school history is the emotion that has been seen in the 2011-2012 school year.

The immeasurable loss of student-athletes Casey Brenner, Edgar Bozzi, Nicholas Conner and Dean Khoury in an Aug. 20 car crash has created a bond among Mustangs past and present. The school’s rallying cry drew the attention of national media and showed the incredible impact and power of compassion.
