The Sixers were in action on Wednesday for their second to last seeding game. They would finish up the back end of a back to back falling to the Toronto Raptors by a final score of 125-121. Brett Brown rested most of his starters on Tuesday against the Suns, but they would make a return in this one...

The Philadelphia Sixers played the Phoenix Suns without any starters except Shake Milton. It was fun to watch the guys compete, but this game essentially meant nothing. Mike Scott scored 17 points in 22 minutes, Raul Neto scored 22 points, and Alec Burks shot the ball well. Matisse Thybulle made sure Devin Booker earned his points, but foul trouble was a concern. The refs didn't help what-so-ever.

The Philadelphia Sixers lose to the Portland Trail Blazers as Damian Lillard drops 51 points. Joel Embiid left six minutes into the game with an ankle injury and did not return. Josh Richardson scored 34 points and actually performed well for the first time in a long time. The team fought hard and did everything they could without the big man and Ben Simmons, who left the NBA bubble to get surgery on his knee.

"I feel numb to it," Sixers head coach Brett Brown said on Thursday. "I feel conditioned that we've gone through this type of thing before."

The Philadelphia Sixers beat the San Antonio Spurs thanks to a Shake Milton three-pointer with seconds to go in the game! There were some positives and negatives to take out of this game: The Positives: - Joel Embiid continues to dominate every single game. He is a difference maker! - Tobias Harris is playing confident. He dropped 25 points - Josh Richardson and Shake Milton bounce back big time - Al Horford was +17 in 32 minutes The Negatives: - The Sixers allowed 43 points in the fourth quarter - Ben Simmons was abysmal and fouled out of the game. - Brett Brown had ridiculous rotations including a fourth quarter lineup of Raul Neto, Furkan Korkmaz, Matisse Thybulle, Tobias Harris, and Al Horford.

The Philadelphia Sixers drop their final exhibition game in overtime to the Dallas Mavericks. Yes, they actually played extra time because we were all sitting on our couches thrilled to see the deep bench in big moments! Joel Embiid was not in the lineup due to his calf injury, but Brett Brown stated that he expects Embiid to play in their first regular season game on Saturday. After the team shot 26% in the first half and going 15-57 from the field, the 76ers showed fight in the second half led by Tobias Harris. Harris finished with 28 points and 11 rebounds. Al Horford helped out by scoring 11 of his 14 points in the third quarter. Ben Simmons had a bad offensive night and only played the first half. It will be interesting to see the rotation as the seeding games begins.

The Philadelphia Sixers blew a 24-point lead to the OKC Thunder in their second exhibition game, but once again, who cares about the outcome. Joel Embiid did not play due to a calf injury. I believe Brett Brown when he says it shouldn't be a concern, but I am curious if this can cause problems down the road. Speaking of injury, Glenn Robinson III left with a hip injury and he will be re-evaluated Monday. Ben Simmons was magnificent and clearly the best player on the floor. He was so strong rolling to the basket, he facilitated beautifully, and he was remarkable defensively. Shake Milton is so intriguing. He is able to shoot the ball off the dribble, provide pick and roll play, and also drives to the rack. I am confident his game will correlate to success in postseason play! Josh Richardson showed his versatility and Al Horford was able to knock down some three-pointers early. I do question what is happening to him on the defensive side of the floor though and that will come into play when Embiid is off the floor in playoff games. It's not so much about the outcome of these games, it's more about their mentality and work ethic. It seems they are very focused which is all you can ask for at this point.

Although the Sixers lost to the Thunder in their second scrimmage game, there were a lot of positive takeaways from the game.
