Reigning National League MVP Bryce Harper was hit by a pitch Saturday by San Diego Padres starter Blake Snell. Harper fractured his thumb.

The Rays take Game 2 of the World Series by a score of 6-4. Blake Snell struck out nine batters and Brandon Lowe hit two opposite-field home-runs! Loup struck out Bellinger looking to end the eighth inning in a two-run game with Justin Turner on third. Very impressive. The Rays needed this one, no doubt about it. With Tony Gonsolin on the mound for the Dodgers, this was a game to take!
