Although the Eagles won't confirm it, another coach has joined Chip Kelly's staff. According to Geoff Mosher and later confirmed by Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin, the Eagles have hired Dave Fipp as their special teams coach. The Eagles haven't commented on any reports of assistants being hired as their waiting to announce all of them at once, but word is trickling out...
