It's another Top 10 list New Jersey should not be proud to be part of. We're distracted in the Garden State, and not in a good way.

See drivers whiz down your neighborhood street way faster than the speed limit? Do you frequently feel a rush of air as a motorist blows by you on the parkway? New Jersey is one of the worst at speeding and its costing lives.

So while New Jersey has some good drivers it also have some bad drivers, but when it comes to the best of the best, there is one South Jersey town that stands out.
