Former second-round pick J.J. Arcega-Whiteside is changing positions.

Its been well documented that the Eagles pick of wide receiver J.J. Arcega-Whiteside in the second-round of the 2019 draft hasn't worked out.

In two games, Fulgham has 12 catches for 209 yards and two touchdowns in 16 targets. Last season in 16 games, second-round pick J.J. Arcega-Whiteside generated just 22 targets, 10 catches for 169 yards and one score.
