Kyle Criscuolo

The Flyers have acquired center Derek Grant from the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for AHL forward Kyle Criscuolo and a 2020 fourth-round pick.

The Flyers announced the next round of cuts on Friday, ahead of what was originally scheduled. In total, 18 players were cut, leaving 36 players remaining on the camp roster.

After three solid skates at practice, the Flyers did appear to put some of the work from practice into action, but for Alain Vigneault, there was more of an opportunity to learn and grow from a preseason-opening 3-1 loss to the Islanders.

The Flyers announced four depth signings as free agency opened on Monday afternoon.
