According to the Phillies Media twitter account prior to today’s game, the team optioned infielder Maikel Franco, and pitchers Nefi Ogando and Joely Rodriguez to minor league camp. Franco is currently the Phillies top hitting prospect and many fans had hoped to see him make the 25-man roster and get some regular playing time, but had just six hits -- all singles -- in 30 Grapefruit League at-bats
