Joe Blanton recorded his first shutout since 2007 with a three-hitter Thursday against the Braves. Blanton walked none and faced just two batters over the minimum in his third career shutout. He hadn't even pitched a complete game in five years.

 

Claude Giroux knows the Flyers have to be better in Game 3 after a sluggish performance in Game two resulted in a 4-1 loss versus New Jersey - we take a look at tonight's game three.

"We did a lot of bad things last game, and that's not the team we want to be," Giroux said. "We want to be a team that works hard and plays as a team. We got outworked and that can't be allowed, especially in our building."

Evan Turner replaced Jodie Meeks in the starting lineup on Tuesday and had 19 points, seven rebounds and six assists in an easy Game 2 win at Chicago to even the series at 1-1.
