Pitcher George Starr made the final out with the hidden ball trick, to end the game and seal the win for Delsea.

Starr spun and faked a throw to second base, the runner slide back safely,  but with both the shortstop and second baseman selling a throw heading out to center field.  The runner bought it, got up and tried to advance to third base. That's when the pitcher, Starr, spun and ran towards the unassuming runner, tagging him for the final out of the game.

The play made SportsCenter's Top 10 plays and has gone viral among many accounts like Jomboy Media, Yahoo! Sports, Baseball Quotes and many more generating over 2 million views on the Twitter/X platform.

Starr also delivered the go-ahead RBI single in the sixth inning. The Crusaders were trailing 3-0 before coming back to win the game 4-3.

Delsea head coach Joe Smith commented on twitter that he never thought he would wake up to seeing his team a day play on ESPN's signature show.
