Eagles' best number: 118 (Dallas Goedert receiving yards)

Eagles' worst number: 6 (DeVonta Smith receiving yards)

View from my living room:
There was a large contingent of Eagles fans at SoFi Stadium Sunday.  The crowd included over 200 fans from the Atlantic City area.  They were there as part of an annual trip to an Eagles road game that's organized by Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small, who's a huge Birds fan.

Three stars

    1. Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown (6 receptions for 127 yards).

    1. Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp (8 receptions for 118 yards).

    1. Eagles defensive end Haason Reddick (2 sacks).

Eagles' best play
Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown made a terrific, one-handed catch for a 38-yard gain that led to the Eagles' go-ahead touchdown late in the second quarter.

Eagles' worst play
The Eagles had a chance to take control of the game earlier, but quarterback Jalen Hurts' poorly thrown pass toward the end zone was intercepted by Rams cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon.

Turning point
The Rams had just taken a 14-10 lead on quarterback Matthew Stafford's 22-yard touchdown pass to rookie wide receiver Puka Nacua with 32 seconds left in the first half. The Eagles countered with a late drive that ended with Hurts' 1-yard sneak for a touchdown with no time remaining that gave them a 17-14 lead.

Did you notice?
The Eagles are 5-0 for the second straight season.  It's the first time in franchise history they've accomplished the feat. … Eagles held the ball for 37 minutes, 55 seconds. … Eagles have won 23 straight when leading after three quarters. … Hurts had a season-best 72 rushing yards. … Goedert's 118 receiving yards were a season-high. … DeVonta Smith had just 1 catch for 6 yards. … Reddick sealed the win with sacks on back-to-back plays late in the fourth quarter.
