The Eagles haven’t hesitated to make big-time signings in the opening week of NFL Free Agency.  The Birds have enticed several players to change their address to Philadelphia this week. The biggest signing is former New York Giants and Penn State Running Back Saquon Barkley.  Eagles General Manager Howie Roseman made an uncharacteristic move by signing one of the top running backs in the NFL.  We will look at all the new Eagles who joined the nest this weekend in The Locker Room with Billy Schweim!

The Flyers are hanging on to the third playoff spot in the Metropolitan division with 76 points, just four points ahead of the New York Islanders.  The Flyers have played inconsistent winning only four of their last eight games.  The schedule doesn't get any easier with the Flyers next six games against some of the best teams in the Eastern Conference.  The Orange and Black's playoff fate could determined before they play the Islanders on April 1st.

The Joel Embiid-less Sixers have not only struggled to find consistency but the injury bug has bitten the 76ers hard.  Tyrese Maxey missed four games with a concussion and Philadelphia is now 3-5 in the month of March.  Their schedule doesn't not get any easier this month as the 76ers struggle to stay ahead of the Miami Heat and Chicago Bulls in the Eastern Conference standings.

On Sunday’s show, my Locker Room Youth Movement joins me in the studio.  Producer Danny Ryan and "The Intern” Andrew Leeds will help me recap a very busy week in sports.  How did the Flyers fare this weekend?  Can the Sixers keep pace in the Eastern Conference?  Do we like the Eagles' newest players?

We will talk about it all this weekend in The Locker Room with Billy Schweim, heard every Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to Noon on 973 ESPN Radio South Jersey.
