Sunday's showdown between the 49ers and Chiefs in Super Bowl 54 is worth watching from an Eagles standpoint.

Most notable is Chiefs coach Andy Reid, whose head coaching career started in Philadelphia in 1999 and who took the Eagles to five NFC Championship games and a Super Bowl in his storied career. Reid is looking to finally get over the hump and hoist the Lombardi Trophy for the first time.

Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is the younger brother of Eagles center Jason Kelce and Chiefs running back LeSean McCoy, of course, started his potential Hall of Fame career with the Eagles. 49ers running back Raheem Mostert was once on the Eagles' practice squad.

But there are other, more significant angles worth exploring that could impact the 2020 Eagles.

As Eagles Insiders Adam Caplan and Geoff Mosher discuss in the latest Inside the Birds, 49ers offensive assistants Mike LaFleur and Mike McDaniel are likely to be on Doug Pederson's radar for the offensive coordinator vacancy, which should be filled by next week.

Caplan and Mosher also discuss some potential unrestricted free agents from both teams that would help get the Eagles back to a deep playoff run in 2020, including a wide receiver the Eagles have checked on at times.

The hosts also give their Super Bowl predictions and answer #AskITB questions about the front office and Zach Ertz.
