In what was Middle Twp. coach Tom Feraco's final game before his cancer surgery, his Panthers downed Lower Cape May regional 57-26 as Yamire McNeal led Middle with 17 points.

According to our Tyler Donohue, host of Countdown to Kickoff and the South Jersey Sports Report, Holy Spirit head football coach John Iannucci  confirmed that Lower Cape May Regional will forfeit Friday's game.

Lower Cape May Regional and Villanova Baseball Alum Matt Szczur will have his bone marrow donation story aired on Tuesday night,  Sept. 3 at 7pm on ESPN2. Szczur was drafted in the 2007 Major League Baseball Draft out of Lower Cape May high by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 38th round, but decided to attend Villanova University instead...
