Absecon, which has a median Home Value of $192,900, was one of seven New Jersey cities that made the list.
Absecon is a shore town and one of the cheapest places for renters to live in New Jersey. It’s also 15 minutes away from the boardwalk and ocean, making it perfect for beach lovers.
Absecon, which is situated in Atlantic County right outside of Atlantic City, is a close drive to everything. You can cruise down the White Horse Pike for a night out in AC or quickly get on the Expressway to get to a game up in Philly.
