Atlantic City Airport Expands with Nonstop Flights to Miami
Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is adding another new popular Florida destination.
Last week, ACY announced the addition of five new destinations starting July 10th with service to Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Fort Myers, Myrtle Beach, and West Palm Beach.
These five stops allow locals to get to every popular tourist destination in Florida, like Disney World, Clearwater Beach, golfing in Myrtle Beach, and more.
Atlantic City to Miami: New Spirit Route Announced
Now, ACY, through Spirit Airlines, will be offering nonstop service to Miami International Airport (MIA) with four flights weekly beginning Aug. 13, 2025. The new, seasonal route will operate on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
“We know many of our Atlantic City Guests enjoy traveling to South Florida, and we’re excited to make it easier to visit Miami and enjoy the city’s beautiful beaches, unique culture, and exciting nightlife,” said John Kirby, Vice President of Network Planning at Spirit Airlines. “Our new nonstop service to Miami offers ACY travelers another option to reach Florida alongside our nonstop service to Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Orlando and Palm Beach.”
Spirit Airlines Hints at More Destinations Coming Soon
Adding these flights is a big win for ACY and Spirit Air, and hopefully, more locals will take advantage of these increased destinations. Atlantic City International also teased more flights to be announced in August, which could bring even more destinations through Spirit Air.
Flights will be available for booking on Spirit.com, where travelers can browse flight details and fares.
