An Atlantic City man has been indicted on murder and other charges in connection to the fatal shooting of a 10-year-old boy at a football game in Pleasantville last November.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner announced Tuesday that an Atlantic County grand jury returned an indictment against 31-year-old Alvin Wyatt in connection to the death of 10-year-old Micah Tennant, who was shot at the Pleasantville-Camden High School football game in Pleasantville on November 15th.

Wyatt was indicted on murder, two counts of attempted murder, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Prosecutors said Wyatt started shooting about 8:30 that evening in the home-team side of the stands at the Pleasantville High School football field during the school's game against Camden.
