Borgata and Big Night Join Forces for Atlantic City’s Next Great Entertainment Venue
The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City announced a new partnership with Big Night to transform the former Premier Nightclub space into Atlantic City’s newest entertainment destination.
Premier Nightclub, which opened in 2016, closed for good on August 30th as part of Borgata's plan to reimagine nightlife and guest experiences. Premier was a destination for world-class DJs, unforgettable parties, and nightlife experiences that have helped define Atlantic City’s modern entertainment scene.
What to Expect from the New 18,000-Square-Foot Venue
The redesigned venue is scheduled to open in the summer of 2026. The 18,000 square-foot venue will feature cutting-edge technology and the capacity to host performances, special events, and dynamic programming year-round.
“Borgata has always been the East Coast’s premier entertainment destination, and partnering with Big Night allows us to bring something bold and new to Atlantic City,” said Niklas Rytterstrom, President & COO of Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. “Together, we’re creating a venue that will set a new standard for live experiences and offer guests unforgettable moments worth returning for.”
“We’re thrilled to bring Big Night to Atlantic City and to be partnering with Borgata, one of the top casino resorts in the U.S.,” said Ed Kane, Co-Founder & Principal, Big Night. “This is the beginning of an exciting, long-term collaboration where we’ll introduce our expertise in live music, nightlife, and experiential hospitality to one of the most iconic destinations in the country. Together, we’ll create unforgettable, next-level experiences for Atlantic City guests for years to come.”
“Atlantic City has always been about energy, excitement, and entertainment, and we can’t wait to bring our signature style to Borgata,” said Randy Greenstein, Co-Founder & Principal, Big Night. “Our vision is to curate dynamic programming—whether it’s major touring acts, world-class DJs, or one-of-a-kind events—that captivates guests every time they walk through the door. This is more than a venue; it’s a stage for experiences people will talk about long after the night ends.”
